My Kickstarter project has JUST been approved, which means I could potentially be 30 days away from the starting process of self-publishing my first book. In order to do this I need YOUR help! Disconnected

Hi Guys!

I'm going off the usual topic for this blog, so I hope you don't mind! I just wanted to share a piece of creative writing I've been working on. (If you're knew to this blog, there's a new fact for you: I want to be a writer.) This is just a (relatively) short excerpt, and the only one I have been sharing, to something that I've been really excited about. I've not had as much time to spend on it as I'd like what with Uni and many other distractions but the story is my go to comforter at the moment. If you'd like to take a read of it, that'd be great! And if not, feel free to ignore this post and await my next beauty/fashion related one.
I thought it would be nice to share something that was a bit more personal to me, and writing is something that has always been a huge part of my life.

Watercolour

I was just browsing through my old files and came across some more pieces of writing, so I thought I'd select one of the less depressing pieces and post it here.
Comments would, as always, be appreciated. But be kind...i'm pretty sure this is about 3/4 years old and I've not bothered to edit it at all!

Welcome To

I thought I'd upload another piece of writing, this time it's a couple of chapters from something I started writing over a year ago (and have since decided to abandon the idea.) I was reading a lot of Chuck Palahniuk at the time, and I'm pretty sure it shows. Anyway, there's a couple of lines that still amuse me so I can't bring myself to delete the file completely. (I haven't included the prologue or the other 4ish chapters)

p.s warning: strong language etc etc
p.p.s I'm really not this cynical in real life. honest. 

The Light/ Memories of a Time

I'm trying to break out of writer's block, so this is pretty much the first thing I've sat down and finished writing in months. 

It's not brilliant, probably not even 'good,' but it exists, and for now that keeps me happy because I feel lost when I can't write. 

Yet to decide on a title so uhm, yes.
